We don't normally do posts like this however I think a lil Oprah-like post is needed once in a while.
Rejection is something that happens in every aspect of life. Rejection from partners, rejections from jobs, food groups and even alcohol. No one can say they have had a rejection free life... and boy does it hurt! After having job applications being rejected in the past and speaking to friends who are currently on the hunt for a new career path or relationship be it professional or personal, I decided to do a little post on how to deal with rejection.
You can’t get away from rejection, it will always happen. However there is always a silver lining when it comes to it- you might not see it now but there is. Every time you hear the word NO when it comes to something you're working towards, say it is your career or relationship, take that no and turn it into a yes. A number of well respected business women, actresses and musicians have seen the door slam in their face continuously yet still carried on working towards their dream. So let's reject rejection and remember you can achieve anything if you believe in it!
We can’t run from rejection but we can give it the finger and carry on to achieve happiness for ourselves in some other form!!
